Credit and Return policy

The following document outlines the credit and return policy for paid services.

VoxVote has a freemium service, it's free for limited use, and the free version doesn't have all options like logo branding, Excel export and more. For paid transactions (processed by our payment service provider) we outline the following payment policy.

The column on the right provides a short explanation of longer text on the left.

On all online payments, checked out on our online store pages. We apply the following standard refund policy.
If you are not satisfied with our service or product, you can refund and or chargeback the transaction. This can be done for your creditcard, PayPal or all other electronic payments. We will immediately refund, and apply all international e-commerce guidelines to help you out as soon as possible. In case you are requesting a refund, and used the paid products extensively, we will look at the case on individual bases.

If you are not satisfied, let us know, we will refund your money.
